A Christmas Report from Marty
We were lucky to get a Christmas tree this year! My mom, dad, and Sam waited
to get a tree until I got home on the 22nd. By then, they were sold out of
trees everywhere we looked! It seemed like there were no Christmas Trees
left anywhere on the island. Finally, my dad called his friend who lives in
Kalaheo for advice and was told that there was a Norfolk Pine Christmas tree
farm that might still be open. So, my dad drove all the way out to Kalaheo
and found a tree on Christmas Eve! It is a beautiful tree, too.
